According to the different working principles of tires, there are pneumatic tires and solid tires, which are mainly used in forklift trucks and lifting vehicles in factories, warehouses, wharfs and other fields.

For all kinds of pneumatic tires, although they have very good comfort, cushioning and high speed within the allowable load range, they are easy to be punctured and lead to air leakage under special conditions such as construction zones where a variety of metals, scrap, nails, screws, and other hardware may frequently puncture tires on heavy, load-bearing vehicles. Recycling centers and landfill operations utilize solid tires to transport large masses of material and drive through many ground hazards., resulting in misuse of work and property losses. Therefore, in some mines, ports and glasses. Rubber solid tires are used to replace pneumatic tires in factories and high altitude workplaces. Ordinary rubber solid core tire, although it has high load performance, has poor cushioning performance and low driving speed, and can only be used below 40 km/h.

The low hardness polyurethane elastomer is used to fill the ordinary pneumatic tire. Because the hardness of the filling material is usually only Shaw A10-20 degrees, this kind of tire not only has the characteristics of solid tire, but also has good cushioning performance and large load capacity. It  has the vibration reduction performance similar to pneumatic tire and can be used for driving at a higher speed (up to 80 km/h).

Even under the environment full of nails, broken glass, sharp metal pieces, gravel,Polyurethane foam filled tyres can make your vehicles drive  without fear of tire explosion ,  become flat or stop work,  providing you with a safe and convenient solution.
