Pneumatic tires are filled with compressed air, which has good elasticity and adhesion, and its performance is greatly affected by tire pressure. The difference between a pneumatic rim solid rubber tire and a pneumatic tire is that its inner cavity is not inflated and is filled with a highly elastic material, so the puncture resistance and wear resistance are enhanced, the bearing capacity is greatly enhanced, and the safety of the vehicle is increased. 

Press-On solid tires have a small diameter and strong pressure bearing capacity. They are suitable for forklifts with large loads and small wheels. There is no danger of puncture and easy maintenance.

Solid tires have good high temperature resistance and low heat generation, so that the tires still have good safety in harsh environments.

Low compression deformation and high recovery ability, the tire still maintains good operating performance under high load.

It is made of low heat resistance and cut-resistant material. It has excellent load capacity under long distance and long time floor work.

Solid tires can be used in extremely harsh workplaces, such as mines, ports, glass factories, metallurgical industries, etc.

Inferior solid tire fillings are filled with scrapped tires or other materials. Only the surface of about 8CM is synthetic rubber. Such low-cost die-cast solid tires often have quality problems, either because of flat tires or because of heat. And degumming, either because the tire tread wear life is not because of natural rubber!
